The rooms are outstanding, the breakfast is warm and outstanding. We like the marvellous and beautiful location - very close to a gondola station. We would have stayed for longer, as the hotel met the demands.

Plenty of OUTSTANDING options for meal. Nice pool, well heated and big size rooms in the bedroom below. Unbeatable location with a gondola station walk from the hotel. Besides, excellent for visiting Vallnord Ski Resort.

Terrific service, provided by the amicable staff. It was a good location close enough to other ski resorts inc Arcalis, the gondola making getting up the, and Princesa Parc in particular David. There was Pain Cocotte nearby, offering quick meals.

Staff is nice, organised Christmas activities. Small gym with lots of equipment for good workout. Stayed multiple times, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast selection. Parking available underground or across the road, need to pre-book. Dogs welcome with blankets, bowls, and treats. Inter-connected hotel complex with spa area. Excellent breakfast and dinner service. Fast Wi-Fi. Convenient location near Arinsal Cabin lift and bus stop. Numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful personnel speaking multiple languages. Excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner with good variety and fresh food.

This hotel is ideally placed for the gondola up to the slopes. They have improved the ski locker faculities since last year. The food was very good this year. An improvement on last year.
This was my second stay at the hotel and the room I had in A block this year was not as modern as in C block and it was quite a trek to get to the dining room/reception from A block. Cannot remenber whether my booking last year was for a superior room and thta was why C block was better.

I truly enjoyed good hot breakfast, lovely views.
Property was exceptionally comfortable, with pleasant staff and magnificent location on the restaurant entrance. Location: the hotel was just off the Princesa Parc, gondola, spa, ski lockers, numerous bars, bowling alley & friendly staff who really want to offer a great service and other ski resorts inc Arcalis which is beautiful. It was tidy, terrific room.
